SINGAPORE — Lydia Ko shot a 4-under 68 on Saturday to move from one stroke behind to one stroke in front after three rounds of the HSBC Women’s World Championship.

The 27-year-old South Korean-born New Zealander had a 54-hole total of 10-under 206 on the Tanjong course at Sentosa Golf Club.

Charley Hull, who birdied two of her first four holes, was a stroke behind in second after a 68. Jeeno Thitikul had the best round of the day, a 66, to move into third place, three strokes behind Ko.

A Lim Kim, who led after the first two rounds, moved in the wrong direction with a 73 and was tied for fourth place, four strokes off the lead. Defending champion Hannah Green had a 67 to move 16 places up the leaderboard and was five behind Ko.

Ko had three bogeys with seven birdies, including four on her back nine.

“I made a few mistakes, but I was able to bounce back with a few good birdies as well,” said Ko, the former world No 1. “It really doesn’t matter what the context is, as long as you can put a good score, and under the circumstances, I felt like I playing really solid. So hopefully these past few days will give me good rhythm for tomorrow.”

Ko is chasing her 23rd LPGA title and looking to finally break through in Singapore in 11 appearances. Her best result at the tournament was a runner-up finish in 2015.

Hull is seeking to win her third LPGA tournament.

“My mindset is going to be no different from literally the last three days,” Hull said. “Just go out there, play golf, hole some putts and have fun.”

The Singapore tournament is the second of three events on the LPGA’s first Asian swing of the year. The final event will be played next week at Hainan Island, China.

Knapp, who made 12 birdies Thursday for the 15th round of 59 or lower on the PGA Tour, went 10 holes without a birdie. He had a double bogey when his tee shot found the water. One of his better shots hit a sprinkler cap and bounced 40 yards away.

Knapp wasn’t sure what to expect. It was close to perfect one day and a struggle the next.

“I’ve never had to follow up a 59 at a tournament before,” Knapp said. “It’s all new to me. Yesterday, everything was just clicking ball-striking wise, distance control felt really good, was able to control flight and windows. All that was perfect.”

There was more wind at PGA National. Putts that found the center of the cup managed to burn the edge.

“A couple of wayward shots, but nothing too concerning,” he said.

One player had reason to celebrate, along with shedding a few tears. Florida State junior Luke Clanton easily made the cut with a 5-under 66 — he was just four shots behind — giving the 21-year-old enough points to get a PGA Tour card after the NCAA championships at the end of May.

Clanton already has two runner-up finishes on the PGA Tour and a pair of other top-10s. He is used to the big stage, and he has another opportunity this weekend.

The same holds true for so many others.

Knapp was at 13-under 129. Pavon, the Frenchman who won at Torrey Pines last year, had a 64 and briefly held the lead until narrowly missing a birdie on his last hole to finish one behind.

Daniel Berger, who grew up near PGA National, went out in 31 to share the lead but didn’t make another birdie the rest of the way. He fell back with a bogey in which he gouged one shot out of the muck and weeds on No. 11 and did well to limit the damage.

Berger had a 68 and was at 11-under 131, along with Michael Kim (66), Doug Ghim (63) and Jesper Svensson (67), a rookie who earned his card through the European tour last year.

“I just kind of lost a little steam on the back nine,” Berger said. “I don’t know if I didn’t eat enough food and started to feel a little bit off there. But hit a bad 9-iron, plugged it in the hazard, and I actually got away with one just to make a bogey there.”

Former Ryder Cup captain Zach Johnson showed enough game at age 49 to post a 66 and joined Rickie Fowler (68) and Taylor Montgomery at 132.

Jordan Spieth was right there with them, holing a 50-foot birdie putt on the 16th hole. But a day after he birdied all three holes of the “Bear Trap,” the par-3 17th had him for lunch.

Spieth pulled his tee shot into the hazard. His 25-foot par putt drifted 4 feet by the hole, and he missed the comeback to make triple bogey. A birdie at the 18th gave him a 70, but he was six shots behind going into the weekend.

Spieth added the Cognizant Classic to his schedule for the first time after the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill chose not to give a sponsor exemption to the three-time major champion, awarding them instead of Min Woo Lee, Mackenzie Hughes and Rafael Campos.

Knapp opened with a birdie after his round of 59 — he started on the par-5 10th hole — and then it went quiet. He made bogey from the bunker on the 16th. He found a bunker off the tee at the par-5 18th that kept him from reaching the green in two.

It looked to be a day when everything conspired against him on the par-5 third when his second shot was just right of the green, hit a sprinkler cap and wound up some 40 yards away near the ninth tee. He pitched nicely to 8 feet for birdie, and then birdied the next hole and was back on track until his tee shot found the water on the par-4 sixth.

“Obviously, today wasn’t as great,” he said. “I’ll go out and practice a little bit and make sure a few things are cleaned up. But for the most part, you can’t really overdo it on this course. You can’t overpower it or anything like that. Just got to take what it gives you.”

Schauffele had said he was targeting the signature event in Florida for his comeback from a rib cage injury, and the world No. 2 was among those listed in the field announced Friday.

He is coming off his best season as a pro, winning his first major title at the PGA Championship and then following that up several weeks later with a victory at the Open Championship.

But Schauffele hurt his rib cage during the offseason, tried to play through it at the season-opening Sentry in Hawaii (where he finished 30th) and then realized it was best to shut it down and rehab. He has since missed signature events such as the Pebble Beach Pro-Am and Genesis Invitational, and he withdrew from the American Express and the Farmers Insurance Open.

Schauffele also hasn’t been able to play for his New York Golf Club TGL team since opening night.

The South Korean-born New Zealander had a two-round total of 6-under 138 on the Tanjong course at Sentosa Golf Club. First-round leader A Lim Kim held the lead after 36 holes with a 69 on Friday.

The steady Ko hit 11 of 14 fairways and 16 of 17 greens in regulation in her bogey-free round. When she won the gold medal in Paris last year, the 27-year-old Ko became the youngest player to enter the LPGA’s Hall of Fame.

“I don’t think I typically play really well on this golf course and I thought this year would be a good year to kind of turn that around,” Ko said. “The scores haven’t really been that low these past couple days.
By the end, he had joined one of golf’s most elite clubs.

Knapp, the No. 99 player in golf’s world rankings, joined the PGA Tour’s sub-60 club, shooting a bogey-free 59 in the opening round at PGA National. It was the 15th time someone has broken 60 in a PGA Tour event.

“It’s just one of those days where everything was kind of clicking,” Knapp said.

He missed an 18-foot, 8-inch eagle opportunity at No. 18 that would have tied the tour scoring record of 58, done by Jim Furyk in the final round of the 2016 Travelers Championship.

When Knapp rolled in the birdie putt, he became the 14th player to shoot a sub-60 round; it has now been done 15 times, with Furyk carding such a round twice. Knapp is the sixth player in PGA Tour history to break 60 without an eagle on the card and the first since Scottie Scheffler at the Northern Trust in August 2020.

And yes, he was thinking about 58, especially after a long birdie putt at the 15th put him at 11 under for the round.

“I stepped up on the 16 tee and just kind of told my caddie, ‘Let’s play 2 under in the last three,'” Knapp said. “‘Let’s do what we’re supposed to do.'”

He had to settle for 59, if a 59 can ever actually be settled for.

“I thought I played well,” said Daniel Berger, who had a bogey-free round of 8-under 63. “But then someone shot 59.”

The 12-birdie round on the par-71 course broke the Cognizant scoring record of 61, first done in 2012 by Brian Harman and matched in 2021 by Matt Jones. There are three rounds of 62 in tournament history: Tiger Woods in the final round in 2012 on his way to a tie for second, Brandon Hagy in the second round in 2021, and eventual winner Chris Kirk in the second round of the 2023 event.

Of the previous sub-60 rounds in tour history, Knapp’s was only the fifth in the first round of an event. Two of those previous four went on to win the tournament.

There was barely any wind, and PGA National was largely defenseless in the morning session. The closest there was to any trouble was the seventh hole, where Billy Horschel — a Florida Gator from his college days — used a club to poke at an actual alligator that was catching some sun near the green and got it to retreat back to its watery home.

Even wildlife didn’t deter scoring in Round 1. Berger, Russell Henley and Sami Välimäki all shot 63, Rickie Fowler was among those at 64, Jordan Spieth — continuing his comeback after wrist surgery — shot 65, and Horschel, Zach Johnson and Camilo Villegas were among those who opened with a 66.

For the day, the average score was 68.62, the lowest ever for a tournament round at PGA National.

And nobody had an easier time than Knapp, who finished no better than a tie for 17th in his first seven starts of 2025 and then played his way into golf history at PGA National, a course that players have said has been less punitive in recent years. He needed to make only 98 feet of putts, a tribute to a day of excellent ball-striking.

“You still have to hit shots. You have to make putts,” Fowler said. “Yeah, 59 anywhere is hard to do. I don’t care if you go play from 6,500 yards. You still have to make putts. You still have to hit it close enough to have those opportunities. With this place, we’ve seen some low scores, guys get after it when the conditions are right. But obviously no one has shot 59 before out here.”

Knapp has one PGA Tour win, at last year’s Mexico Open as a rookie. He has played the Cognizant once before and did well, tying for fourth last year after shooting three rounds of 68 or better and finishing at 13 under.

He started Thursday with that run of five straight birdies, a stretch highlighted by a 60-foot putt at the par-4 second hole. The birdies kept coming in bunches: three in a row on holes 9-11, then three more coming on holes 13-15 — the last of those a big breaking putt from 31 feet that went across the green before dropping dead center into the cup.

“You’ve got to tip your hat to him,” Horschel said. “He shot a 12-under-par 59 at PGA National, which no one ever thought.”

Horschel and Knapp crossed paths after the round. Horschel, offering congratulations, told Knapp he would have wagered “a lot of money … like, a lot of money” on nobody ever shooting 59 at PGA National.

“I feel like I shot 4 over after seeing what you shot,” Horschel told Knapp as he walked away.

Mike Stephens, Knapp’s caddie, said they were not afraid to talk about the chances that awaited on the final three holes.

“I think, if anything, maybe your playing competitors try to give you a little distance or whatnot, but he likes to talk,” Stephens said. “So we’d kind of go over things on the last couple [of holes] to try to fill the time. Just to keep it the same. … Just another day.”

A 12-footer for birdie on the par-3 17th hit the outside right edge of the cup and spun off, leaving Knapp at 11 under with only the par-5 finishing hole left.

A 335-yard tee shot left him 200 yards to the hole at No. 18, and a simple two-putt was all that remained to cap the history-making round.

“Whether I shot 89 or 59, I’m going to come back out and do my job tomorrow,” Knapp said.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — A Gator took on a gator. Billy Horschel won.

Horschel played his college golf for Florida, so he knows plenty about the wildlife that gets seen on courses in the Sunshine State — including, yes, alligators. So when a gator made its way onto the course at PGA National on Thursday, Horschel knew what to do.

The Florida native grabbed a 60-degree wedge, poked at the gator and got it to retreat back to the water. And he made it look easy.

“I’m not afraid of gators,” Horschel said. “Listen, as I tell most people, I said, they’re more afraid of you. The majority of the time they’re only going to come after you during mating season where they’re a little aggressive and then if you’re around their nest when they’ve got some eggs. The majority of the time, they’re fine.”

Horschel had just finished playing the sixth hole at PGA National, his 15th hole of the day in Round 1 of the Cognizant Classic. As he was walking to the next tee, he saw the gator crawling about and a police officer trying to shoo it away with no success.

“He was going nowhere good,” Horschel said. “So I just went over there, helped the cop.”

Horschel said he wondered whether the officer was going to use a Taser to try to distract the gator. A golf club did the trick just fine.

He walked up to the right side of the gator and used the blade of his wedge to basically poke its shoulder, getting it to change course. The gator got the hint and veered back to its left. Horschel followed the gator across the grass, watching it head directly to the water. The whole exchange took about six seconds.

Horschel’s day in wildlife terms: four birdies, one eagle and one gator. He shot a 5-under 66, finishing seven shots behind early leader Jake Knapp after his round of 59 — the 15th sub-60 round in PGA Tour history.

“I grew up with my dad grabbing their tail when they’re on the side of the bank and shooing them back in the water,” Horschel said. “I never touched a tail with my hand, but I’ve done it with a club. Not that big of a deal.”

But if the 21-year-old Florida State junior is feeling any butterflies, he’s keeping that to himself.

“Pressure is kind of a word I don’t like to use,” Clanton told reporters Wednesday in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

Clanton has already demonstrated that he can handle his nerves while playing with professionals.

Last year, he tied for 41st at the U.S. Open at Pinehurst in June before finishing in the top 10 in back-to-back events at the Rocket Mortgage Classic (T10) and John Deere Classic (T2). He was the first amateur since 1958 with consecutive top-10 finishes on the PGA Tour. Not done there, Clanton placed fifth at the Wyndham Championship and T2 at The RSM Classic.

So far in 2025, Clanton has sandwiched a pair of missed cuts (Sony Open and WM Phoenix Open) around a T15 at the Farmers Insurance Open.

A native of nearby Hialeah, Fla., Clanton said he is excited about the opportunity to clinch his tour card in Florida.

“Yeah, it would mean the world for sure. To do it here, as well, would be amazing. An amazing journey I guess you could say,” he said. “But again, I think I’m going to be boring with this answer yet again, but just to kind of stay focused on one shot at a time.”

Clanton admitted he “got a little ahead of myself” in the first round of the WM Phoenix Open earlier this month and carded a 74. He bounced back with a 67 in the second round, including birdies at four of the last eight holes, but missed the cut at 1-under.

“It didn’t go my way that week, and you can look at it as a failure, but I look at it as learning, as we always say, and again, I’m just going to try to stay in the moment as much as I can,” he said.

“Everyone is trying to stay to make the cut, but I want to play well. I want to try to go out and play the best I can. I’m trying to kind of flip that mindset from just making the cut to actually trying to compete in this event.”

He may be an amateur, but he’s no stranger to this week’s PGA National Champion Course, estimating that he has played there “probably 40 times.”

“I’m excited to play the best golf I can,” he said. “Like we say, if it’s my time, it’s my time, but we’ll see.”

The PGA Tour begins its Florida swing with the Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches this week, a sign that it’s finally warming up on the East Coast.

Even better, it means the Masters, the first major championship of the season, is right around the corner.

With the two biggest stars of last season, Scottie Scheffler and Xander Schauffele, battling injuries at the start of 2025, there were a handful of comeback winners and first-timers in the first two months of the season.

With the Players Championship only two weeks away, and the Masters teeing off at Augusta National Golf Club in 43 days, it’s a great time for the first PGA Tour Power Rankings of the season.

A reminder: This list isn’t the top 25 men’s golfers in the world, with Bryson DeChambeau, Tyrrell Hatton and others competing in the LIV Golf League. While I’m giving Scheffler and Schauffele the benefit of doubt, the rankings were largely determined by what golfers have accomplished this season to date.

1. Scottie Scheffler

The world No. 1 golfer missed the first month of the season with a hand injury suffered in an accident while cooking Christmas dinner. He’s rounding into form with three top-25 finishes in as many starts this season, including a tie for third at the Genesis Invitational. This is traditionally the time of year when Scheffler heats up; he won the Arnold Palmer Invitational and the Players Championship (both for the second time) in March 2024.

Don’t look now, but McIlroy is playing well just before the Masters, which he needs to win to complete the career Grand Slam. He collected his 27th PGA Tour victory at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am on Feb. 2. He didn’t putt well in his last start at the Genesis Invitational, but he figures to be much more comfortable on Florida’s Bermuda greens.

Åberg’s immense talent was on display at the Genesis when he defeated an elite field for his second PGA Tour victory. In only his second full season on tour, the 25-year-old is getting a second look at golf courses. That includes Augusta National Golf Club, where he was solo second, four strokes behind Scheffler, in his debut in 2024.

4. Xander Schauffele

After picking up his first two major championship victories at the PGA Championship and The Open in 2024, Schauffele has made just one start on tour this season because of a strained rib cage. After skipping signature events at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and the Genesis, Schauffele is scheduled to return at next week’s API at Bay Hill Club and Lodge in Orlando, Florida.

The 2021 Masters champion finally looks healthy (knock on wood) after battling neck and back injuries the past couple of seasons. He claimed his 11th PGA Tour victory at The Sentry in the season opener and tied for 13th at the Genesis. He’s sixth on tour in strokes gained: total (1.641) and is 18th on approach (.699), 15th around the green (.517) and 34th in putting (.474). If he gets his driver going again, look out.

The Austrian-born Straka continues to get better and better, winning for the third time on tour at The American Express on Jan. 19. Straka’s iron play has been stellar this season. He doesn’t hit it far off the tee but finds most fairways. He captured his first PGA Tour victory at PGA National Resort & Spa in the Honda Classic in 2022.

Like Straka, English is among a handful of former University of Georgia golfers who have made noise on tour this season. English took home his fifth PGA Tour victory, his first since the 2021 Travelers Championship, with a one-shot victory over Sam Stevens at the Farmers Insurance Open on Jan. 25. English bounced back from major hip surgery and a swing change to lift a trophy again.

Morikawa has won just once on tour since claiming his second major championship at the 2021 Open Championship at Royal St. George’s Golf Club in Sandwich, England. He came close in his first start in 2024, losing to Matsuyama by three strokes at The Sentry. Morikawa’s irons and putter have been dialed in early this season.

It looked like the former Stanford star was going to pick up his second PGA Tour victory in four months (the first came at the RSM Classic in late November) after he carded eight birdies in 11 holes to take a three-shot lead in the final round of the Genesis Invitational. But then Åberg chased McNealy down and beat him by a stroke. McNealy, a former world No. 1 amateur golfer, had top-10s at The Sentry and WM Phoenix Open, too. The budding star seems to be only scratching the surface of what he can do on tour.

The former Illinois golfer showed flashes of what was coming last season when he tied for fourth at the PGA Championship and finished 14th at the U.S. Open. On Feb. 9, he became the first Belgian-born golfer to win on the PGA Tour when he took the WM Phoenix Open by a whopping seven strokes. He’s one of the best putters on tour and is more than solid off the tee. His inconsistent iron play had held him back until now.

After being left off the International team in last year’s Presidents Cup in Montreal, Taylor holed a birdie on the second playoff hole to defeat Nico Echavarria in the Sony Open in Hawaii on Jan. 12. There’s no doubt Taylor struggled in 2024, missing the cut in all four majors, but his game is clicking early this season.

After battling his swing for much of the past two seasons, there are plenty of signs that JT is close to breaking through. He was runner-up at the American Express, two strokes behind Straka, and tied for sixth at the WM Phoenix Open and for ninth at the Genesis. His iron play has been much better — he’s fourth on tour in strokes gained: approach (1.054). After struggling mightily on the greens in 2024, Thomas is gaining strokes in putting (.217) this season.

Cantlay has been intimately involved in reshaping the PGA Tour the past couple of seasons, which might be one of the reasons he hasn’t finished atop a leaderboard since the BMW Championship in August 2022. He already has three top-15 finishes this season, tying for fifth at both the American Express and the Genesis. He’s second in greens in regulation (76.4%), and his putting has been better than most.

After a debilitating back injury caused Berger to step away from the course for 18 months, he found his form again during the fall. He has already piled up three top-25 finishes in six starts this season, including a tie for second at the WM Phoenix Open. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see Berger pick up his fifth PGA Tour victory at The Champion course at PGA National Resort & Spa, his home course.

Henley had a bit of a breakthrough in the majors last season, tying for seventh in the U.S. Open and finishing solo fifth at The Open. He has two top-10s in four starts this season, thanks to his strong iron play and putting. Henley took down McIlroy and others in a playoff to take home his second tour victory at the Honda Classic in March 2014.

The South Korean golfer captured PGA Tour victories in back-to-back seasons in 2020 and 2021, but has been searching for his third one the past four seasons. He’s off to a good start this year with a solo third at The Sentry and tie for fourth at the Farmers Insurance Open. His inconsistent iron play — he’s 171st in strokes gained: approach (-.919) — led to missed cuts at The American Express and the Genesis.

Finau’s wife, Layla, gave birth to their sixth child last month. The birth of his daughter seemed to inspire Finau, who tied for 13th at Pebble Beach and for fifth at the Genesis. The six-time winner on tour seems to be rounding into form after undergoing surgery in October to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee.

The English golfer has made only two starts on the PGA Tour this season — he tied for 22nd at Pebble Beach and for fifth at the Genesis. With Fleetwood now ranked 10th in the Official World Golf Ranking, it seems to only be a matter of time before the eight-time worldwide winner finally claims a victory in the U.S. He had six straight top 25s on the DP World Tour at the end of 2024.

The former UC Berkeley golfer is one of the best follows on X, and now he’s playing great golf to back up his tips. Kim, whose only Tour victory came at the 2018 John Deere Classic, tied for second at the WM Phoenix Open and for 13th at both the Genesis and Mexico Open. Ranked 147th in the world at the end of 2024, Kim has climbed to 79th, his highest OWGR ranking.

The U.S. Ryder Cup team captain gave the European squad plenty of bulletin board material in the third season of Netflix’s Full Swing, when cameras captured him telling teammates at last year’s Presidents Cup, “I’m gonna get criticized as the captain next year. They’re gonna underestimate me, they’re gonna doubt me. I’ve been doubted my whole f—ing life. That’s when I do my best work. We’re gonna go to Bethpage to kick their f—ing ass.” Bradley has three top-15s in five starts.

After winning the Rocket Mortgage Classic against a lighter field for the second time in his career in 2024, Davis seems like a golfer who might take off this season. He tied for fifth at Pebble Beach and has two other top-20s in five starts. His iron play and short game are very good, but his inaccuracy off the tee (56.1% of fairways) is holding him back.

Lowry would probably love nothing more than to be heating up this summer before The Open returns to Royal Portrush Golf Club in Northern Ireland, where he won a Claret Jug in 2019. He hasn’t had a PGA Tour stroke-play victory since, although he did win the Zurich Classic team event with his good friend McIlroy last year. Lowry’s solo second at Pebble Beach was a good early sign.

The former Stanford golfer, who is tied with Tiger Woods and McNealy for the school record of 11 career victories, has quietly put together a solid stretch of golf with three top-25s in his past four starts. He tied for third at the Genesis, three shots behind Åberg, which earned him $1.2 million. Rodgers has scrambled well, but needs to improve his approach shots (-.040) and putting (-.529) if he’s finally going to capture his first PGA Tour win after 288 starts.

The 45-year-old Glover has been one of the most outspoken critics of the tour’s reduced fields and pace-of-play problems. After struggling in 2024 with only two top-10s in 27 starts, he has shown promise early this year, tying for third at Pebble Beach against an elite field. Glover is 47th in strokes gained: putting (.331) after finishing 139th (-.215) in 2024.

Campbell’s surprising victory at last week’s Mexico Open at VidantaWorld was a much-need reminder that storybook victories are still an important part of the sport. Campbell made 186 starts on the Korn Ferry and PGA Tour combined before finally winning. His $1.26 million payday was almost as much as he’d earned over the past decade. The 37-year-old, who ranks dead last on tour in driving distance (277.8 yards), is now headed to the Masters, Players Championship and PGA Championship this season.

The Bay beat Jupiter Links 6-3 to remain undefeated.

Here’s a look at the best moments from the match.

Stars came out to see TGL

Everyone’s here for TGL Tuesday 💙 pic.twitter.com/4LRGnEBPVI

TGL continues to draw fellow professional athletes. That trend stayed active Tuesday as there were many stars in attendance, including professional golfers Brooks Koepka and Smylie Kaufman, recent Super Bowl champion Dallas Goedert, four-time NBA champion Andre Iguodala, former NFL quarterback Brady Quinn, 2008 Olympic silver medalist gymnast Alicia Sacramone and two-time WNBA champion Breanna Stewart.

Kim positions Jupiter Links for birdie

Kim nearly holed an 81-yard approach shot on Hole 2 to give Jupiter Links a chance for birdie. After the shot, Jupiter Links threw the hammer, which increases a hole’s value to two points, hoping to take a 2-0 lead. However, both teams got birdies, resulting in a tie on the hole.

Lee sets new TGL record

The Bay followed up a point-scoring performance on Hole 3 as Lee drilled a record-setting 338-yard drive on Hole 4 that reached a top speed of 192 mph.

Lee was on fire Tuesday night. After hitting a league-best drive earlier in the match, he continued to impress on Hole 6, sinking a 24-foot chip shot for birdie and a 2-1 lead over Jupiter Links.

First TGL double hammer

Tuesday’s match will be etched in the TGL history book, as it provided the league with its first double hammer on Hole 9, making the hole worth three points.

Jupiter Links threw the first hammer ahead of Lee’s second shot on the hole, but Lee’s approach shot that followed put The Bay in a better position to win. As a result, The Bay threw its final hammer of the night. The team won the hole to take a 5-1 lead entering the singles portion of the match.
