The Houston Texans have placed wide receiver Nico Collins on injured reserve, sidelining him for at least the next four games.
Collins, who leads the NFL with 567 receiving yards this season, suffered a hamstring injury in Houston’s victory over the Buffalo Bills in Week 5.
On Monday, coach DeMeco Ryans had described Collins’ injury as a “week-to-week” injury.
Collins injured his hamstring while making a 67-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter and was ruled out for the rest of the 23-20 victory. He had two receptions for 78 yards before exiting.
