Susie Wolff is the managing director of F1 Academy, the all-female driver series that champions the next generation of talent in the sport. In the latest ‘F1 in 10 Years’ film, Wolff tells BBC Sport she is confident Formula 1 will see a female driver on the starting grid within the next decade.
