Best bets for Saturday’s FireKeepers Casino 400 in Michigan

NASCAR

The NASCAR Cup Series heads to Brooklyn, Michigan, for a double-dip of races Saturday and Sunday.

Racing begins Saturday with the FireKeepers Casino 400 (4 p.m. ET) and continues with the Consumers Energy 400 on Sunday (4:30 p.m. ET).

Brad Keselowski won the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 in New Hampshire last week for his third victory of the season. Who will take the checkered flags this weekend at Michigan International Speedway?

Senior writer Ryan McGee, Fantasy’s Mike Clay and editor Scott Symmes offer their best bets for Saturday’s race, with the odds for Sunday’s race yet to be released.

Note: Odds from Caesars Sportsbook as of Friday morning.

Best bets

Kevin Harvick (+375)

McGee: My gut says go with Keselowski, the guy who just won, just signed a new contract extension with Roger Penske, and who has somehow never gotten over the hump and won at a track in his home state that was owned and operated by Penske for nearly 30 years.
