UEFA Euro 2008 - Quaterfinals - Portugal vs Germany

Worldcupblog.org is predicting a Portugal 2-0 win over Germany in the UEFA Euro 2008. The blog is a Portugal Blog, not sure if there is a bias but here is the prediction quote from the blog.
Prediction
Attacking, energetic football from a well-developed midfield passing scheme has been the key to winning matches in this tournament. Germany haven’t done enough of this thus far to make me think that they can defeat a Portugal team who are coming into their own and finally playing as a cohesive unit. Therefore… Portugal 2 - 0 Germany.
