Exciting sports weekend, yes the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament is on, it is indeed March Madness, but to kill some time during non basketball time dont forget to tune into the World Cup Qualifiers.
The USA Men’s National Soccer team takes on El Salvador. The US are -1 goal favorites at +125. The US National Soccer team are 2-0-1 against El Savlador in World Cup Qualifiers. The US team are 2-1-2 when playing in San Salvador.
The odds are in USA’s favor but it is never a easy place to play El Salvador on their home turf. Even tougher for the USA team to score goals will be El Salvador’s defense first mentality going with a 4-5-1 lineup.
USA will counter with their attack of Michael Bradley, Clint Dempsey, and Landon Donovan. Clint Dempsey continues to prove that he belongs to playing at a higher level such as the English Premier league, while Landon Donovan goes back to reality for the LA Galaxy.
The US needs to get off to a fast start. Score first and early to take the rowdy El Salvador crowd out of the game. Im looking for a 2-1 victory for the US team. US will also be without starting goalie Tim Howard because of a yellow card. In goal will be Brad Guzan or Marcus Hahnemann
