How I see this working is that each person fills out this sheet of paper. You throw $5 into a hat. At the end of the game you tally up all the sheets. The Winner with the most points go home with the pot. Simple as that. It will make a boring game twice as exciting. It will make an exciting game 10 times as exciting.
