Joseph Biden - He is Obama’s guy

After saying “I’m not the guy” Joeseph Biden was chosen to be Barack Obama Vice Presidential candidate and running mate. I recieved the text at approximately 4:42AM and the email around 5:59 AM. Quite the technology these days, very clever idea by the Obama campaign. Also very clever by holding out on the selection because it just built so much media hype. His campaign was able to combine the power of the media and technology. Wow interesting that http://www.joebiden.com now says “Official Website of Barack Obama 2008 Presidential Campaign.” Some say this is a good move, Joeseph is a veteran of politics and can provide that balance and experience for Barack Obama.

The focus now is on John McCain’s selection for Vice President and running mate. Bodog has closed the betting for the Republican Vice Presidential nominee. Still on the list for VP Mitt Romney 5/6, Charlie Crist 7/1, Sarah Palin 7/1, Tim Pawlenty 3/1. Besides Mitt Romeny, the rest are pretty low profile. We shall see in a couple days.
