Bodog Live Betting Review
I had a chance last night to play around with the Bodog Live Betting system and interface. It is a fairly nice interface. It is easy to use and very intuitive. There is no software to download, all you need is a Bodog account. The Bodog Live Betting system is a java base interface, you do need to have Java installed.
Once you go to the Bodog Live page, you select the game you want to bet on live. I chose the Indianapolis Colts vs Washington Redskins game. You select the game and the Bodog Live interface comes up.

At the top of the screen you will see your wager line. It is in increments of 1, 5, 10, etc… Immediately below that are the odds and lines. From there you can bet on what the next play will be, pass, pass incomplete, turnover, rush. the turnover has the best payouts, but the odds of a turnover happening are less. But if you hit it right you will prosper. Then you can bet on the outcome of play, first down or no first down. The final bet you can bet on is what the outcome of the series will be, touch down, no score, field goal. On special teams you can wager on how far the punt return will be, miss or made field goals. Pretty simple ! I was placing three wagers at times, firstdown, complete pass, no touchdown, etc…
Bodog Live Interface payouts
At the bottom, Bodog Live gives you the status of where the ball is on the field for the NFL game. To the left it gives you the status of your bets and your payouts. It is extremely fast pace. But I can see myself at a bar with my laptop watching all the games and making plenty of wagers. How hard it is to guess a pass or rush for the next play ? It makes a slow game much more interesting. At some point my wife wanted in on the action. She didnt do that bad.
